The temperature sensor automatically stops the tool when the temperature exceeds 60 ℃ during long-term operation, and the fault signal sounds, indicating that the tool cannot continue working until the temperature drops to normal. The device is equipped with a dual piston pump, which is characterized by the mold quickly approaching the connector and slow crimping action. Lithium ion batteries have neither memory effect nor self-discharge. Even after a long period of inactivity, the tool is always ready for operation. In addition, compared to nickel hydrogen batteries, we found that the power to weight ratio is lower, the capacity is increased by 50%, and the charging cycle is shorter. The compression joint can rotate smoothly 360 ° around the longitudinal axis to better approach tight corners and other difficult working areas.
